PHILLIP E. GRAF - PADI MASTER SCUBA DIVING INSTRUCTOR

Subject: Vaccinations for Traveling and Malaria Precautions in Cozumel October 98!

Dear Cozumel 98 Team:

Today I got my Hepatitis B shot ($30) ((with a booster in 30 days or later)) and Hepatitis A shot ($27), Tetanus shot ($3) and started taking my four oral typhoid capsules ($28) (once every other day). It was fun and it took about 45 minutes. They give you a ton of material and they counsel you at the same time. Call Central District Health for an appointment. 327-7450.

Have you contacted your local physician for a prophylactic dose of an antibiotic, like bactrim?

We have 18 traveling, nine rooms and all are diving, 2 tanks per day from a boat. Are you interested in a night dive (one tank without light) from a boat, it is $33.00 extra per person? We will make a night dive off of the beach anyway.

Extra days boat diving is $44.00 per person for one 2 tank boat dive.

Do you have your passport or other documents ready. Bring at least one extra picture of yourself and a copy of your passport in case you lose it, the copy will have all the numbers to get you a replacement passport easier.

Citizens need to bring with them one of the following: Valid passport or Birth Certificate (with raised seal) along with a picture I.D., such as a Drivers License.

What are your wishes for the day off we have, would you like me to prepay for them?

Let me know if you need anything, I hope to get together Oct. 3rd, 9 am or so, for a little pool session at the store.

Any questions??

Signed Phillip E. Graf
