Minutes from the second meeting of the 1998 season of the Treasure Valley Scuba Diving Association (TVSDA).

The meeting took place at Scuba First, 4213 Chinden Blvd., Boise, ID from 7 - 9 pm, on Wednesday, November 11, 1998.

Mr. Tony Flowers, Divemaster, started the meeting with a presentation on scuba gear and how it works and doesn't work at the start of a trip.

The guest speaker, Mr. Doug Ooley, CSRT, made a presentation on "Traveling with scuba gear, how your gear can survive a trip and how to take care of your gear before/during and after a trip". Mr. Ooley is presently a Certified Scuba Equipment Repair Technician working as an independent contractor. The location for the meeting enhanced his presentation becasue of the visual aids he was able to utilize. He has worked at the 'Scuba Equipment Repair Workbench' for these past umpteen years.

After both presentations it was opened up for general questions from the audience.

A short business meeting was be held after the presentations. Meeting adjourned at 9 pm.
